Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, foster team growth, and ensure successful delivery of product functionality in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical outcomes by guiding architectural decisions and ensuring system reliability and scalability
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and coaching for individual growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate product goals into clear engineering plans

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
