Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to optimize support experiences
- Own the technical vision and rapidly build tools that enhance fan interactions and operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the support roadmap with organizational goals and provide technical guidance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality user experiences in customer support software
- Experience with building and leading productive, motivated teams
- Familiarity with AI tools and customer support workflows
