Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
  • 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality user experiences in customer support software
  • Experience with building and leading productive, motivated teams
  • Familiarity with AI tools and customer support workflows
