Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, foster team growth, and ensure the delivery of scalable product functionality across frontend and backend systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical outcomes by guiding architectural decisions and ensuring quality standards are upheld
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and coaching for individual growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate goals into clear engineering plans and deliver impactful features

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Proven experience leading teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across systems
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing engineers
• Experience integrating AI-driven features into product experiences
