Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the development of innovative support tools and workflows, enhancing fan experiences through AI and automation while working in a flexible remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to optimize support tools and processes
- Own the technical vision for support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence and rapid iteration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the engineering roadmap with organizational goals and provide career development support to team members
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience focused on coding, with 2+ years in a management role
- Proven success in leading teams to deliver exceptional user experiences in customer support software
- Experience in building and managing lean, productive teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of customer support tools and workflows, with hands-on experience in AI agent optimization
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
