Key responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to optimize support tools and processes
  • Own the technical vision for support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence and rapid iteration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the engineering roadmap with organizational goals and provide career development support to team members
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of engineering experience focused on coding, with 2+ years in a management role
  • Proven success in leading teams to deliver exceptional user experiences in customer support software
  • Experience in building and managing lean, productive teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of customer support tools and workflows, with hands-on experience in AI agent optimization
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
