Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will be responsible for delivering end-to-end product functionality, guiding technical execution, and fostering a high-performing team in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring systems are scalable and maintainable
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and coaching to support individual growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and ensure delivery of impactful features

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with 1+ year in a management position
• Experience leading teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
