Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the cross-functional Customer & Application team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will manage software engineers and oversee the delivery of user experience initiatives, ensuring high-quality coordination across Engineering, Product, and Quality Assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a cross-functional team, including software engineers, SDETs, a Product Owner, and a Security partner
• Collaborate with Product Management to balance business outcomes with technical health and maintainability
• Drive the delivery of the roadmap from solutioning to validation, including new product lines and migration efforts

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with 4+ years in a management role
• Strong full-stack background with experience in Java, Ruby, JavaScript, and React, and familiarity with microservice architectures on AWS or GCP
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools in production workflows
• Fluency with Agile delivery methodologies, preferably with scaled models such as SAFe
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing engineers in a collaborative team culture
