Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will drive execution on user-facing product areas while partnering with various stakeholders to shape strategy and build a high-performing team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of engineers, setting clear goals and aligning roadmaps with product and business priorities
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Research, and Data Science to prioritize opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes
• Coach engineers at various levels, supporting their growth and ensuring the development of reliable, scalable systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing teams of 5 or more engineers
• Experience leading engineering teams that build and ship consumer-facing products
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage in architecture and design reviews
• Proven ability to use data and experimentation to inform product and engineering decisions
