Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the delivery of end-to-end product functionality, guide technical execution, and foster a high-performing team in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring systems are scalable and maintainable
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and support for individual growth
• Partner with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and manage cross-functional delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional product environment
• Familiarity with modern frontend architectures and experience integrating AI-enabled features into product experiences
