Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution and team performance while ensuring the delivery of scalable and reliable product functionality in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by guiding architectural decisions and establishing standards for performance and quality
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Partner with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and ensure alignment on priorities and delivery outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles
• 1+ year in a management position leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with experience in guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
