Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the delivery of end-to-end product functionality, guide technical execution, and foster a high-performing team in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by facilitating key discussions, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to standards
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and coaching to support individual growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and ensure impactful delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles
• 1+ year in a management position leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with experience in guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
