Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will guide technical execution and team development while ensuring the delivery of end-to-end product functionality for core services.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by guiding architectural decisions and ensuring standards are upheld
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of autonomy and accountability
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and manage cross-functional delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating AI-driven features into product experiences
