Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, foster team growth, and ensure the delivery of scalable product functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes and guide architectural decisions to ensure system reliability and maintainability
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Partner with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and ensure alignment on priorities and delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff Engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
