Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, support AI-enabled product experiences, and foster a high-performing team culture while ensuring strong architectural decisions and delivery outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes and guide architectural decisions to ensure scalable and reliable systems
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and manage dependencies across teams

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
