Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading multiple scrum teams, the full-time Senior Engineering Manager will oversee the development and delivery of identity protection products within the enterprise cybersecurity platform, contributing to technical direction and ensuring cross-functional alignment in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of software engineers, including hiring, performance feedback, and mentoring
• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery commitments while ensuring adherence to engineering best practices
• Contribute to architectural decisions and drive quality through QA automation and reliable release processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on enterprise software and management progression
• 3+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring and performance management
• Demonstrated ability to deliver software products on schedule in an Agile environment
• Strong proficiency in modern object-oriented programming languages and frameworks used in both on-prem and SaaS product development
