Job Summary

Seeking a high-caliber Engineering Manager in a hybrid full-time role, this position will manage the operational heartbeat of engineering teams, focusing on SDLC excellence, team empowerment, and operational throughput while ensuring alignment between technical execution and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and safeguard a modern Software Development Lifecycle to ensure efficient and transparent software building processes
• Lead the team toward self-organization, encouraging proactive identification of improvement areas and execution of action items
• Translate product and executive leadership needs into actionable engineering priorities while balancing technical debt and feature work

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in engineering management with a focus on systems thinking and process optimization
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to foster an Agile culture within teams
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business priorities effectively
• Familiarity with AI applications in engineering workflows for enhanced productivity
