Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Engineering Manager to lead the Platform team, focusing on building a self-serve developer platform while ensuring high technical standards and customer-centric outcomes in software development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development and maintenance of infrastructure, tools, and processes for efficient software delivery
• Co-own customer outcomes with product teams by deeply understanding engineering challenges and measuring success through real adoption and impact
• Provide hands-on leadership by balancing technical direction, execution, and the development of engineering talent

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering management or a similar leadership role
• Strong technical background with the ability to make informed decisions on tradeoffs in systems and infrastructure
• Demonstrated customer-centric mindset, prioritizing work based on customer needs
• Ability to think critically and apply first-principles thinking to problem-solving
• Experience in managing cross-cutting technical challenges and fostering team collaboration
