Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Integration team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will build high-quality, fault-tolerant products, manage complex projects, and drive technical direction while actively contributing to code and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Build high-quality products and foster an inclusive team environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create secure and seamless onboarding experiences
• Provide technical direction and support team growth through internal development and hiring

Required qualifications

• Over 2 years of proven leadership and management experience
• Technical expertise in accounting integrations, data exchange systems, and APIs
• Experience with accounting systems and basic accounting principles
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience designing and developing data-centric systems, including ETL and API systems
