Job Summary

Driving the mission to build an outstanding technology company, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will lead high-performance teams in delivering fault-tolerant products while collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance onboarding and lifecycle experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Building high-quality products and fostering an inclusive team environment
• Providing technical direction through design reviews and advocating for engineering-specific roadmap items
• Growing the development team through internal development and external hiring efforts

Required qualifications

• Over 1 year of proven leadership and management experience
• Technical expertise in web services and/or infrastructure design and maintenance
• Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Background in building and growing development teams
• Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies
