Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will be responsible for delivering end-to-end product functionality, guiding technical execution, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes, ensuring effective architectural decisions and operational practices
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering individual growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate product goals into actionable engineering plans

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff Engineering roles
• 1+ year in a management position, leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with experience in frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
