Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will take on complex, high-impact problems, drive them to resolution, and manage a small group of engineers while working remotely or from the New York City office.

Key responsibilities

• Drive resolution of complex, high-impact engineering challenges
• Develop engineers into stronger owners and facilitate their growth across various business areas
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to define product behavior and clarify requirements

Required qualifications

• Experience owning and delivering production systems end-to-end
• Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams
• Strong technical judgment with a focus on simplifying complex systems
• Track record of driving outcomes in ambiguous environments
• Excitement about leveraging AI in engineering processes
