Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, foster team growth, and ensure the delivery of core product functionalities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes and guide architectural decisions to ensure scalable and reliable systems
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and manage cross-team dependencies for successful delivery

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Proven experience leading teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background in both frontend and backend systems
• Experience in integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing engineers
