Job Summary

Driving the mission of mental healthcare, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will oversee the development of high-performing engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of reliable technology solutions that enhance patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale engineering teams to deliver production software at scale in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate strategy into working software and ensure operational excellence
• Foster a culture of accountability and delivery velocity across multiple initiatives while mentoring engineers

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Proven track record of delivering high-throughput production APIs or services
• Strong technical grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and delivery velocity across multiple initiatives
• Experience in hiring and developing high-performing engineering talent
