Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, support AI-enabled product experiences, and foster a high-performing culture in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring system reliability and performance standards are met
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and coaching to support individual growth and retention of talent
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate product goals into clear engineering plans and manage cross-functional delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products and integrating AI-driven features
• Strong technical background with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience building complex, customer-facing web applications and working closely with Product and Design teams
