Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the delivery of end-to-end product functionality, ensuring strong technical execution and team performance in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring systems are scalable and maintainable
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of autonomy and accountability
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans, managing dependencies and prioritizing impactful problems

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading teams delivering production SaaS products and managing complex customer-facing web applications
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment and work collaboratively with Product and Design teams
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
