Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, support product functionality, and foster team growth in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by guiding architectural decisions and ensuring system reliability and performance
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and coaching to support individual growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into clear engineering plans and manage dependencies across teams

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading teams delivering production SaaS products and integrating AI-driven features
• Strong technical background to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven organizations with complex web applications
