Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a full-time capacity, the Engineering Manager will oversee the Shopper Management systems, focusing on identity resolution, user profiles, and data foundations while ensuring operational health and scalability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of engineers to build foundational Shopper Management systems
• Set the technical strategy and roadmap, balancing product delivery and platform health
• Own the stability and operational health of high-scale systems during customer launches and seasonal peaks

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a management role
• Proven experience leading teams that own high-scale production systems or data platforms
• Strong technical depth in system design and incident management
• Ability to translate business needs into a clear technical roadmap
• Experience in growing and developing senior engineers, including performance management
