Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Engineering Manager in Clinical Intelligence, this role will manage and coach up to 5 engineers while contributing to code development, driving engineering practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in an agile environment, utilizing TDD and flexible pair programming
• Coach engineers in their career growth while ensuring the delivery of quality code that aligns with business goals
• Collaborate with product and design teams to shape application features and participate in on-call rotations for system reliability

Required qualifications

• Professional experience with Ruby on Rails or other open-source programming languages
• Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering software in a production environment
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Must reside in the U.S
