Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional software engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will design, build, and deliver scalable applications and platform capabilities in a remote environment while providing technical leadership and managing team development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Frontend, Backend/API, and Quality Assurance engineers
• Partner with Product Managers to translate product requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, architecture, development, testing, and deployment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in engineering leadership or people management
• Strong experience with Python and modern backend development frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and service-oriented architectures
• Experience leading Agile software development teams and collaborating with Product and Data teams
