Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, ensure strong architectural decisions, and foster a high-performing culture while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the team's technical outcomes, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring systems are scalable and maintainable
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering individual growth and collaboration
• Partner with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and manage dependencies across teams

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
