Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Engineering Manager will lead and support a team of engineers, focusing on team health, project management, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring effective execution of complex technical workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of around 9 engineers within the Runtime function
• Drive planning, prioritization, and execution across complex technical workstreams
• Negotiate timelines and delivery trade-offs with stakeholders in a clear and pragmatic way

Required qualifications

• Experience leading engineering or highly technical teams as an Engineering Manager or Technical Project Manager
• Strong people management skills with a track record of building healthy teams
• Excellent project and delivery management skills, including planning and stakeholder communication
• Sufficient technical depth to understand complex system architecture and engage with senior engineers
• Experience working with distributed teams, ideally across Europe or closely aligned European time zones
