Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, foster team growth, and ensure the delivery of scalable product functionality in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the team's technical outcomes by guiding architectural decisions and ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into clear engineering plans and manage cross-functional delivery outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background, capable of guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
