Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution and team development to deliver end-to-end product functionality in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes, ensuring sound architectural decisions and operational practices
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of collaboration
• Partner with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and manage cross-team dependencies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff Engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading teams delivering production SaaS products and integrating AI-enabled features
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven organizations
