Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote full-time capacity, the Engineering Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through experimentation, coaching team members, and shaping the experimentation roadmap to enhance product performance and user engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and opportunities for skill enhancement
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iterations to generate insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Proficient in native iOS or Android development, web, and backend technologies
• Strong organizational and strategic execution skills, with a focus on metrics-driven decision-making
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and behavioral data analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and engineering practices
