Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote full-time capacity, the Engineering Manager will focus on enhancing revenue growth through experimentation, data analysis, and user insights while coaching team members and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations to foster skill growth
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing trade-offs
• Guide the technical direction of the experimentation platform and ensure effective A/B testing across teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development with a focus on architectural design
• Technical fluency in native iOS or Android development, web, and backend platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to create clear plans and prioritize work effectively
• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment, understanding A/B testing and behavioral data
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering rigor in all projects
