Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote full-time capacity, the Engineering Manager will drive revenue growth through experimentation, coaching team members, and shaping the experimentation roadmap to enhance conversion, retention, and subscriber lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and opportunities for skill enhancement
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation by guiding the technical direction of the experimentation platform and supporting effective A/B testing

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Technical fluency across platforms including native iOS, Android development, web, and backend
• Strong organizational and strategic execution skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment, with knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Commitment to maintaining engineering rigor while iterating quickly on experimental work
