Job Summary

Leading a talented full-stack engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the development of innovative fundraising features for nonprofit users while maturing engineering practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP of Engineering to develop and execute the frontend engineering strategy
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers, driving the creation of user-friendly web applications
• Own the frontend function, ensuring technical direction aligns with company objectives and optimizes for growth

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in frontend development with expertise in modern web technologies (e.g., React, JavaScript, TypeScript)
• At least 2+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ engineers
• Hands-on experience in designing and building scalable, high-quality customer-facing software
• Proven experience in people management and mentorship
• Experience in a product-led growth environment is a strong plus
