Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through experimentation and data analysis, shaping the experimentation roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations to enhance their skills and career growth
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by partnering with cross-functional peers and managing trade-offs for predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation by guiding the technical direction of the experimentation platform and supporting A/B testing across teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development, including architectural design
• Technical fluency in native iOS or Android development, web, and backend platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment with knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and engineering rigor in both experimental and core product work
