Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, foster team growth, and ensure the delivery of core product functionalities in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring systems are scalable and maintainable
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and support for individual growth and performance
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into clear engineering plans, aligning stakeholders on priorities

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing engineers
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
