Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote environment, the full-time Engineering Manager will drive revenue growth by managing experiments across product areas, coaching team members, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance conversion, retention, and subscriber lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations to enhance their skills
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by partnering with peers and guiding the team in delivering shippable increments
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iteration for valuable insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Technical fluency across platforms including native iOS or Android, web, and backend development
• Strong organizational and strategic skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with knowledge of A/B testing and funnel analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and engineering practices
