Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will drive product initiatives that enhance user engagement on the platform, collaborating closely with various stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of engineers focused on user-facing product areas and supporting systems
• Set clear goals and execute a roadmap aligned with product and business priorities
• Utilize data and AI to inform product decisions and enhance team performance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a management role
• Experience leading teams that build and ship consumer-facing products
• Strong technical foundation for engaging in architecture and design reviews
• Proven ability to use data and experimentation to guide engineering decisions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
