Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers focused on accelerating revenue growth, the full-time Engineering Manager will shape the experimentation roadmap, coach team members, and drive data-driven initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and by setting clear expectations
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by partnering with cross-functional teams to drive predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring proper instrumentation and reliable test design

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Technical fluency across platforms including native iOS or Android development, web, and backend
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment, particularly with A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering rigor
