Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers to drive revenue through data-driven experimentation, the full-time Engineering Manager will shape the experimentation roadmap, coach team members, and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and skill-building opportunities
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by partnering with cross-functional teams to drive predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iterations to generate insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Technical fluency in native iOS or Android development, web, and backend platforms
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering rigor
