Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will drive revenue growth through experimentation and data analysis, shaping the experimentation roadmap while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and set clear expectations to enhance their skills
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iteration to derive insights

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development with a focus on architectural design
• Technical fluency across platforms including native iOS, Android, web, and backend development
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment, particularly with A/B testing and user behavior analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and engineering practices
