Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote-first environment, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through experimentation, data analysis, and user insights while coaching team members and shaping the experimentation roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations to enhance their skills and career growth
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing trade-offs for predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation by ensuring proper instrumentation of features and guiding effective A/B testing across the organization

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development, including architectural design
• Technical fluency across platforms such as native iOS or Android development, web, and backend
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to create clear plans and shippable increments from ambiguous situations
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment, particularly with A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering rigor in both experimental and core product work
