Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team within the Platform Engineering organization, the remote Engineering Manager will manage and develop software engineers, drive execution of technical initiatives, and foster a high-performing engineering culture focused on reliability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers to support their growth and performance
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvements in platform capabilities and developer effectiveness
• Establish clarity around team goals and success metrics while driving execution against technical initiatives

Required qualifications

• Experience managing and developing software engineers
• A track record of delivering impactful technical initiatives through high-performing teams
• Experience leading teams responsible for platform, infrastructure, or shared services
• Strong partnership and communication skills for collaboration across functions
• Experience with cloud-based systems and modern software development practices
