Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote full-time capacity, the Engineering Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through experimentation and data analysis, while coaching team members and collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance product performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations to enhance their skills
• Shape the experimentation roadmap and drive predictable delivery by breaking work into shippable increments
• Champion a culture of experimentation by guiding the technical direction of the experimentation platform and ensuring rigorous testing practices

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Technical fluency across platforms including native iOS or Android development, web, and backend
• Experience in metrics-driven environments, particularly with A/B testing and funnel analysis
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills to turn ambiguity into clear plans
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering rigor
