Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through experimentation and data analysis, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations while shaping the experimentation roadmap
• Champion a culture of experimentation by guiding the technical direction of the experimentation platform and ensuring rigorous A/B testing
• Attract and onboard top engineering talent, ensuring alignment with company values and technical excellence

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development, including architectural design
• Technical fluency across platforms such as native iOS, Android development, web, and backend
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Active engagement in developing AI fluency and promoting high standards of judgment and ownership within the team
