Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through experimentation and data analysis, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations, fostering skill growth
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by partnering with cross-functional peers and managing project trade-offs
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring rigorous testing and quick iteration to derive insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development, including architectural design
• Technical fluency in native iOS, Android, web, and backend development
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment, with knowledge of A/B testing and funnel analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering rigor in all projects
