Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will ensure the delivery of end-to-end product functionality while guiding technical execution and fostering team growth in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the team's technical outcomes by facilitating discussions, managing risks, and establishing standards for performance and quality
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and coaching to support individual growth and team collaboration
• Partner with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivery outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
