Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote full-time capacity, the Engineering Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through experimentation, data analysis, and user insights to enhance product performance and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and by setting clear expectations
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional peers and guiding project delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring the correct instrumentation of features and effective A/B testing

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development
• Technical fluency in native iOS or Android development, web, and backend platforms
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with knowledge of A/B testing and funnel analysis
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and engineering practices
